Since April 2004 Leukerbad is once again the Swiss Olympic Training Base.

Here, Swiss athletes find the best conditions for preparing for the Olympic Games.

In addition, every year Leukerbad provides free accommodation for 500 persons in hotels and/or holiday villages. Swiss Olympic allocates the accommodation to the different associations.
