Gemmirunning

Free timing passes can be obtained at the sports arena. In the sports arena the pass will be punched at the timing machine. Along the entire route there are signposts providing information on distances and altitudes.

Upon reaching the upper terminal of the Gemmi-Bahn, the ticket is punched again, name and address of the runner entered and the ticket put into the letterbox. The organisers of this free service subsequently calculate the running time. All those participants who finish the race in less than one hour 15 min. are listed under www.gemmi.ch. The fastest runners are invited to the finals every second year.

Important notice:
The maximum running time is 1 hour 15 min. (including tolerance). All those runners who finish the run in this time will get a free trip down on the Gemmi-Bahn and a free visit to the Burgerbad.

Gemäss Vereinbarung mit der Gemmi Bahn darf jeder Teilnehmer im Sommer höchstens 3 Mal das Gemmi Running bestreiten. Wir bitten um Ihre Ehrlichkeit.
